Vehicle Parking Information
Important Parking Regulations
Spaces for Boat Ramp parking are clearly marked. If you park across any colored lines you must pay for the extra space in advance or your vehicle/trailer may be towed, legally, at your sole cost and expense. Due to limited parking spaces this rule is strictly enforced by the marina. Single vehicles (cars, small pickups, etc) should park only in the short, marked spaces. Thank you for cooperating and have a pleasant boating day.

Dry Storage
The Embarcadero Marina has dry storage available for boats from 15' to 25' in length. Currently there is a wait list for dry storage. Please phone or email for more information.Monthly Rates

Boats will be measured from tip to tip including trailer tongue.
Hoist is for vessels 25' length maximum, or a total weight of 8,000 lbs. including fuel, water and all accessories of any kind adding to total weight. Commercial or other hoist time is $100 minimum or $5 per minute, whichever is greater. Marina may refuse hoist service to anyone at Marina's sole discretion. Daily JEEP Service $15 round trip and $10 one-way.

Wait List Procedure for Dry Storage
- Applicant does not have to own a boat
- Current copy of registration (if applicable)
- Current copy of insurance (if applicable)
- Copy of driver's license
- Deposit equal to one month basic rent of measured size
- Applicant to bring boat in to Embarcadero Marina to be measured
- Applicant may measure if it is too much trouble
- Tip to tip, including swim step and trailer tongue
- If applicant does not own a boat, Estimate size by adding 3' to boat factory size
- Embarcadero Marina will apply Waiting List Deposit to the Security Deposit when applicant signs Boat Storage Agreement
- Waiting List Deposit is fully refundable upon applicant's written request
